Manager, Digital Customer Success

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Digital Customer Success to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. In this role, you will lead a team focused on driving customer adoption, retention, and growth through scalable digital engagement. You will partner closely with GTM and Customer Success stakeholders to build programs, content, and operating rhythms that improve customer outcomes and support business performance. The position combines people leadership, customer lifecycle management, and analytical decision-making in a technical enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Digital CSMs
• Collaborate with GTM and Customer Success teams to create tailored customer success programs
• Monitor and analyze customer indicators to prevent churn and promote growth
• Organize around key metrics to ensure the team meets performance goals
• Act as a senior advocate for strategic customers, managing engagements and escalations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Experience owning the renewal process and meeting a retention quota
• Strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions about customer outcomes
• Background in building scalable customer programs and collateral
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for operational efficiency and customer insights
• Technical experience with DevOps or related tools, engaging with developers and technical teams
• Proficient in project management with an ability to keep teams accountable to deadlines

Pay

$103,600 – $142,450 annually
