Track and report on platform KPIs, commercial pipeline, and revenue performance for senior leadership.
Lead day-to-day coordination across legal, compliance, technology, operations, and sales teams to advance platform development and commercial milestones.

Knowledge And Experience
6-10+ years of experience in financial services, with meaningful exposure to equity market structure, trading venue operations, fintech, or digital asset platforms.
Familiarity with the U.S. regulatory landscape for capital markets and trading venues (SEC, FINRA); exposure to emerging digital asset regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive product or business initiatives from concept through launch in a complex, regulated environment.
Experience in commercial roles — business development, partnerships, or revenue ownership — ideally within market infrastructure, fintech, or digital asset firms.
Solid understanding of blockchain and distributed ledger technology concepts, tokenized asset mechanics, and on-chain settlement infrastructure.
