The Bluecoats organization seeks its first-ever philanthropy-focused team member to bolster the longevity of Bluecoats and our mission.

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing strategies to secure donors and contributions
• Providing support, administration, and management for fundraising activities
• Executing meaningful stewardship and impact communications
• Monitoring and reporting on success
• Partnering closely with the CEO to develop and execute fundraising strategies that improve the donor experience
• Addressing the organization’s annual fund and campaign goals
• Improving departmental administration like data quality, CRM, and meeting scheduling
• Centralizing the office’s various development activities into one experienced and self‑starting role
• Creating a standard‑setting foundation for a drum corps’ development department
• Playing a central role in the construction of the organization’s first‑ever comprehensive campaign
