Manager, Cybersecurity, Non-Human Identity Security - Remote
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity, Non-Human Identity Security - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape and govern the organization's non-human identity security program, with a focus on protecting machine identities, service accounts, and API credentials across the enterprise. You will partner closely with cloud, DevOps, and security teams to strengthen controls, reduce risk, and support secure automation in a highly regulated environment. The position also emphasizes audit readiness, certificate reliability, and the integration of identity protections into modern CI/CD workflows. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise non-human identity security strategy and governance
- Establish identity controls for API credentials and emerging AI identities
- Support compliance and audit requirements through risk reporting
- Operate discovery processes for service accounts and workload identities
- Manage PKI for certificates to prevent outages
- Automate credential rotation and eliminate hard-coded credentials
- Integrate identity controls into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in identity, cloud, or cybersecurity; 3+ years focused on machine/non-human identity security
- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk Conjur, Azure Key Vault, or Venafi
- Familiarity with PKI and automated credential rotation processes
- Experience securing cloud workloads and service principals across Azure, AWS, or GCP

Pay
Compensation: $135,600 – $225,900 annually
