Responsibilities
- Lead cyber communications strategy and support for the Security team
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans
- Manage the security awareness and education program
- Drive collaboration and accountability across teams
- Ensure documentation and maintenance of processes and best practices
- Track program deliverables and report on status to leadership
- Build relationships with stakeholders to support ongoing program success
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of experience without a degree
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing Microsoft SharePoint Online sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Cybersecurity work experience
- Experience in a highly regulated environment, such as HIPAA or PCI
