Manager – Cyber Communications & Security Awareness

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber communications strategy and support for the Security team
• Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans
• Manage the security awareness and education program
• Drive collaboration and accountability across teams
• Ensure documentation and maintenance of processes and best practices
• Track program deliverables and report on status to leadership
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support ongoing program success

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of experience without a degree
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing Microsoft SharePoint Online sites
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Cybersecurity work experience
• Experience in a highly regulated environment, such as HIPAA or PCI
