Manager - Telecom & Digital Infrastructure Practice
About the role
Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 entrepreneurial, action- and results-oriented professionals in over 40 countries. We take a hands-on approach to solving our clients' problems and assisting them in reaching their potential. The Corporate Performance Improvement (A&M CPI) team is expanding our capacity to serve clients across telecom and digital infrastructure.
In 2024, we created a focused Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group to complement A&M’s history in solving complex issues in this space. We help companies navigate options through complex market dynamics, such as telecom. Our work includes advising on top-line strategy growth, streamlining operations, solving for tech debt, investments across telecom and digital infrastructure, divestitures, restructuring, transactional diligences, and M&A.
