Manager, Customer Success Lead

About the role

Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance client relationships and retention rates.
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers in providing exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Conduct regular client assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
  • Train and mentor Customer Success Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools and customer relationship management best practices.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer success.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
