Manager, Customer Success Lead
About the role
Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance client relationships and retention rates.
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers in providing exceptional service and support to clients.
- Conduct regular client assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
- Train and mentor Customer Success Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
