Manager, CRM Data Operations
About the role
This is a Hybrid position: 3-4 days per week in the office in Troy, MI are required. Epsilon is seeking an experienced Manager, Project Management to lead the execution of General Motors B2C marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel marketing programs across GM initiatives
- Act as the primary liaison between GM clients, internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and data engineering teams
- Translate business needs into detailed business requirements, including data inputs, outputs, logic, and personalization rules
- Oversee campaign execution lifecycle, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness at every stage
- Manage program priorities, timelines, risks, and escalations across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Drive campaign delivery, accelerate data-driven initiatives, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Prior experience managing or mentoring project managers strongly preferred
- Experience within data-driven marketing, CRM, or digital campaign execution environments
- Automotive and/or agency experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
