Manager, Credit
Job Description
The Credit Manager Beverage Division is responsible for maintaining a vast portfolio of accounts in prime condition. Monitor and maintain customer accounts in adherence to Crown policies. Perform credit analysis for new and existing customers. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate efficient collections and resolve payment disputes. Investigate and resolve outstanding balance issues. Distribute timely account status to customers, business unit and management. Collaborate with business unit to resolve disputes/customer claims. Respond to customer credit inquiries. Provide additional support within Credit Department.
Requirements
- A BA/BS degree in business, finance or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in credit, collections, and financial statement analysis
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Well organized and detail-oriented with outstanding time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, & Outlook)
- Experience with IBMi
