Work Environment
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in New York City and requires in-person attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Role Overview
As Creative Services Senior Manager, you will serve as the lead project manager and operational anchor for Touchland’s Creative + Marketing team. Working directly alongside the Creative Director as their right hand, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to all creative initiatives, ensuring every deliverable is exceptional, on time, on brand, and aligned with Touchland’s vision.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will own timelines, workflows, and processes across the Creative organization, while partnering cross-functionally to keep work moving efficiently and collaboratively. Your leadership will enable the Creative team to focus on doing their best work while you ensure projects are planned, resourced, and executed seamlessly.
Creative Project Ownership
- Act as the primary project management lead for the Creative team across all initiatives
- Build and manage timelines for day-to-day creative work, seasonal launches, and large-scale tentpole campaigns
- Ensure projects are clearly scoped, prioritized, and resourced appropriately
- Partner closely with the Creative Director and other team directors to align on priorities, timelines, and team capacity
Process, Tools & Workflow Leadership
- Onboard, manage, and optimize a project management tool, creating clear workflows across Creative and cross-functional teams
- Develop, document, and implement processes for creative requests, reviews, approvals, and delivery
- Continuously assess and improve workflows to increase efficiency, clarity, and productivity
- Establish scalable systems that support both current needs and future team growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders, address risks, and keep projects on track
- Manage creative feedback and approval processes, ensuring feedback is clear, actionable, and aligned with timelines
- Serve as a trusted partner to Marketing, Product, Retail, Operations, and Finance teams
Campaigns, Calendars & Planning
- Own and manage campaign timelines, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams
- Lead project planning for Visual Merchandising, IRL activations, store design, and retail initiatives
- Build and maintain clear creative roadmaps, including long-range planning for 2026 and beyond
- Team Enablement & Organization
- Support and help manage the Creative team of designers, copywriters, and future hires by providing structure, clarity, and organization
- Ensure the team has realistic timelines, clear expectations, and the systems needed to deliver exceptional work
- Be a proactive team player who helps elevate collaboration, communication, and creative excellence
Success
- Creative projects consistently launch on time, with fewer fire drills and clearer ownership
- Teams are aligned, informed, and confident in timelines and priorities
- Processes and tools are intuitive, documented, and widely adopted
- The Creative Director and team are empowered to focus on vision and execution supported by strong project leadership
- Touchland’s creative output continues to elevate across brand, digital, retail, and real-world experiences
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of project management experience supporting creative and marketing teams
- Familiarity with creative production tools and processes, including Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, and print execution
- Proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated experience building, refining, and scaling creative workflows and operational processes
- Strong understanding of design and creative production, with the ability to speak the language of both creative and marketing partners
- Passion for creative excellence across product portfolios and the end-to-end consumer experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, with experience reviewing highly sensitive creative materials
- Calm, confident problem solver who can anticipate downstream impacts of decisions and proactively course-correct
- Clear, direct communicator who keeps teams aligned, focused, and moving forward while fostering collaboration
- Highly organized leader with the ability to manage complexity without losing momentum

Compensation And Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900 – $150,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
