About the role
The Manager, Contracts & Pricing Strategy EVENITY is a key member of the U.S. Value & Access organization responsible for analyzing market trends, pricing scenarios, and contracting impacts to help drive informed commercial decisions and forecasts. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing leadership, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Government Affairs, Trade & Distribution, Commercial Data and Analytics, Contracting and Pricing Execution, Patient Access, and Value Access Insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply financial models to assess contract structures, rebate strategies, gross-to-net (GTN) management, average sales price (ASP) impact, and access trade-offs while supporting gross-to-net forecasting across both provider and payer segments
- Lead the Latest Estimate Discount Rate (LEDR) modeling process by developing discount rate assumptions, evaluating pricing and contracting scenarios, impact on ASP and GTN, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders on contracting decisions and long-range planning
- Provide input and run analyses to help develop, shape and execute contracting strategies across payer and provider segments
- Collaborate with Finance to incorporate contracting and pricing strategy insights into Quarterly Business Reviews, Long-Range Scenario (LRS) planning and other forecasting exercises
- Partner with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Government Pricing, and Commercial teams to align contracting strategies with business objectives and compliance requirements
- Routinely interact with senior leadership and other high-level, cross functional committees or teams
- Lead LRS and LEDR assumption and outcomes meetings

Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Masters degree and 2 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience
- Associates degree and 8 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatic approach to problem solving, and manage execution
- Ability to work independently and achieve results with multiple competing priorities
- Previous experience building financial models and/or working with large amounts of data
- Experience with the Material Approval Compliance (MAC) process is highly desirable, as the Pricing Analyst may be responsible for assisting the Coverage Lead in the review and submission of marketing materials
- Demonstrated familiarity with Conga (CLM), Anaplan, and CIQ to support contracting workflows, pricing analytics, LEDR development, and gross-to-net forecasting while ensuring accurate data integration across commercial systems
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills and executive presence across functions and across distinct levels of leadership
