About the role
The Compensation & Recognition (C&R) team under the Human Resources department designs and supports the delivery of firm-wide compensation and recognition programs. This role oversees the work of non-management employees within the team, prioritizing activities and supporting the C&R and HR leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Develops models and templates to enhance understanding of program trends (costs, utilization, ROI, etc.) and executes on annual pay planning and approval processes in summer and fall.
- Solves program issues or identifies opportunities for improvement, escalating concerns and insights to the program owner.
- Supports the C&R senior management team in analysis and preparation of information for client presentations and new/revised program development.
- Oversees program escalations through Service Now and the Total Rewards Functional Mailbox, making recommendations to minimize queries and improve employee experience.
Requirements
- College or University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive and related experience in Total Rewards (compensation and/or benefits), HR Information Systems, Finance, or HR Generalist.
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Statistically oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Completion of a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World@Work, or an equivalent, is an asset.

Pay
- KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range: $74,000 to $111,000, with potential for bonus awards.
- KPMG BC Region Pay Range: $74,000 to $111,000, with potential for bonus awards.
