Responsibilities
- Manage development, testing, implementation, and improvement of compensation programs
- Oversee the annual compensation planning cycle including salary increases and bonus distribution
- Lead annual bonus and performance management programs to ensure alignment with objectives
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance compensation processes and systems
- Develop and deliver communications and training materials related to compensation programs
- Analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs using market data and workforce metrics
- Support salary structure management and pay equity analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive direct compensation experience required
- 7+ years leading compensation programs like annual bonuses and performance management
- 2+ years managing Compensation direct reports or a team
- 7+ years experience with compensation programs, HRIS, reporting, and incentive compensation systems, preferably Workday
- Strong project management skills are required
