The Community Financial Center Manager is responsible for the growth and development of their Community Financial Center production while developing employees to acquire new business and deepening existing member relationships. Leadership responsibilities

- Hold ultimate accountability for the overall sales, service, and operational success and growth of the Community Financial Center
- Manage direct reports including the Assistant Branch Manager
Business and sales development
- Develop and execute local sales strategies that increase member engagement and membership deepening through community activities
- Conduct outside sales developing the business market within the geographic proximity of the assigned Community Financial Center(s)
- Spend 2–3 days per week out in the community conducting outside business calls
- Review and analyze sales activity and forecast data to determine progress towards goals and objectives
- Review and utilize reports to implement action plans that support sales goals for the Center
- Report outside business activities "plan of action" to District Manager and debrief activities and successes at the end of the week
Member experience
- Monitor and track Community Financial Centers service quality levels through Google ratings as well as Mpulse scores
- Apply effective negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrate proven success in prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving sales opportunities
- Partner with community organizations to establish and maintain relationships that will enhance the growth and recognition of the credit union
- Maintain a Google rating of 4.0 or higher
Operational responsibilities
- Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with the Operation Support Managers on adhering to GTE's Branding "Brandtastic" standards
- Support the Operations Support team in implementing needed procedures, processes, or experiences to create a "Franchise" business model where all Community Financial Centers operate identically to one another, and adhere to documented Golden Standards
- Oversee, in conjunction with the Facilities Department, that Community Financial Center facilities are properly maintained and secured both interior and exterior
- Demonstrate a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to the U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred or a minimum of five (5) years progressive management experience
- Minimum 5 years experience preferably in the finance industry with at least 1 year's management experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Must qualify for National Mortgage License System number (NMLS)
- Must obtain the Florida Department of Financial Services Credit Life and Disability License
Schedule
Monday–Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects. Work arrangements (in-office, hybrid, or remote) may be changed at any time by management with appropriate notice if possible.
