About the role
The Reporting/Controls function leader at Holman is responsible for managing the team and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating objectives, monitoring performance, conducting reviews, and overseeing financial reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Reporting/Controls function and lead the Reporting team
- Communicate objectives and goals to direct reports
- Identify and set department objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain and monitor performance of direct reports
- Coach and mentor team members to improve skills and resolve personnel issues
- Oversee employee reviews and feedback
- Identify and address training needs
- Lead by example through participation in organizational programs and initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) as needed
- Support internal departments and attend customer meetings as required
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Resolve issues and queries related to the Reporting/Controls function
- Prepare and maintain financial statements
- Manage inventory cycle counts and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data for improvement
- Manage Sales Tax and Payroll Accounting
- Oversee Internal Controls and Audit responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of overall professional experience, including 2+ years at a leadership level
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office programs

Pay
Competitive wages starting in the range of $105,550.00 - $149,700.00 USD annually for full-time employees.
