Build and deploy pragmatic automation using low-code tools to reduce manual work and cycle times.

Develop AI-assisted experiences, such as knowledge retrieval bots or guided Q&A for commercial playbooks, ensuring Business Units can scale best practices easily.

Design workflows to provide decision support for strategic pricing, particularly for complex new offerings.

Advanced Voice of the Customer & Market Intelligence

Deploy AI sentiment analysis to improve how customer feedback is captured and routed.

Establish a closed loop: "what we heard → what we changed → impact".

Build repeatable workflows to monitor megatrends and competitor signals, translating data into clear strategic implications for AMETEK.

Change Leadership & Governance

Challenge constructively, run pilots with BUs, and scale what works.

Drive adoption with lightweight enablement (training, office hours, quick guides).

Partner with IT and Governance teams to ensure all AI solutions are deployed safely and responsibly.

Establish and own clear KPIs, covering efficiency gains, ROI, and adoption, through which the success and commercial impact of the role will be measured.
