Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of AI initiatives across assigned portfolios.
- Serve as a primary point of coordination among clinical, operational, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Support development of business cases, intake materials, and prioritization artifacts for AI initiatives.
- Ensure initiatives follow established AI governance, risk, regulatory, and approval processes.
- Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes; provide regular status reporting and escalation as needed.
- Career Development: Coordinate activities supporting deployment, change management, and transition to operational ownership.
- Lead or support teams of program managers, analysts, or coordinators; reinforce accountability and delivery discipline.
- Identify opportunities to improve intake, execution, and delivery processes across AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in program management, operations, digital health, analytics, or technology environments required.
- Master’s degree and 6 years of experience in program management, operations, digital health, analytics, or technology environments preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing complex initiatives in matrixed organizations preferred.
