Manager, Cloud Services & Infrastructure

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution within a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the cloud and infrastructure team
• Own strategy and operations for Microsoft Azure environment
• Direct administration and security of Microsoft services
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
• Oversee network operations including Ubiquiti and Palo Alto technologies
• Manage vendor partnerships and technology investments
• Collaborate with leadership on budget and cost strategies
• Lead cloud migrations and infrastructure projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering
• 2+ years of leadership experience in cloud operations
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune
• Solid understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles
• Familiarity with managed service providers and external tech partners

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
