Cloud Infrastructure & Security Manager

About the role

Own the reliability, scalability, and security of our AWS environment post-migration. Help architect the next generation of our platform as we expand beyond hiring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct capacity planning, load testing, and ensure business continuity
• Enforce ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 aligned policies for data, AI, and user privacy
• Oversee proctoring security, including session encryption, storage, and audit trails

Requirements

• Deep AWS skills with strong grounding in security, IAM, encryption, and DR
• Experience with auto-scaling, observability, and compliance audits
• Exposure to AI service governance, model endpoint protection, and ethical data handling
• Strategic thinker who can balance stability with innovation
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
