Responsibilities
- Exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders regionally and centrally, including the head of Nursing, to ensure alignment on initiatives, clear priorities, and consistent communication throughout the region.
- Play an integral role in the field Leadership Team of their respective region to ensure all aspects of the business are aligned with quality nursing care, optimal patient outcomes, and excellent patient experience.
- Travel required.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in good standing.
- Typically > 5 years relevant experience; Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
- 5 years management experience preferred.
- Ability to independently manage and lead projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision, and ability to prioritize and effectively navigate multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated skill in problem solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and exceptional communication skills.
- A flexible and positive attitude, and a strong desire to change the traditional primary care paradigm.
- Wide-ranging knowledge and experience of own job area within business unit or function, and may have advanced knowledge and practical experience of specific technical areas applied within the context of a similar industry or type of organization.
- Practical experience in leadership and management techniques.
- Experience as a visionary and inclusive leader who inspires and motivates team members to perform their best, and align with our mission.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously manage multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, including handling risk and uncertainty in a manner consistent with company values; flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to coach, direct, motivate, and evaluate nursing staff while prioritizing safe, consistent, and quality care for patients.
- A high degree of integrity, and be results driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in nursing strongly preferred; Advanced degree preferred.

Pay
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $87,035.00 - $187,460.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
