Job Description
Accountable for the operations of an assigned team or teams of nurses, therapists, clerical staff or others (20-60 staff).
Includes the direction of specific programs and services, supervision of assigned staff ensuring high quality patient care, attainment of financial objectives, quality measures and patient and employee satisfaction.
Success Outcomes
- Financial Performance (performance to budget, attainment of case mix indicators, productivity and other factors)
- Achievement of quality indicators at pre-determined targets
- Satisfaction of patients, families, community agencies and physicians
Education and Credentials
- Associate of Applied Science in Nursing required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred.
- Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist upon hire required.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in Clinical Home Care required.
