Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, leadership, and management for the daily operations of substance use disorder and mental health services to ensure coordination of staff and clinical services and continuity of patient care.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff, students, and interns to facilitate development of clinical competency and ethical practice.
• Offer backup coverage and consultation in conjunction with other programs at the site.
• Manage daily operations of both substance use disorder and mental health services, ensuring delivery according to standards of care and practice within strategic and budgetary parameters.
• Provide leadership and clinical supervision to direct reports while supporting employee engagement and achieving goals and action plans.
• Demonstrate effective business leadership, fiscal responsibility, and monitoring of clinical documentation and billing to accomplish business goals.
• Attend and participate in leadership meetings, both on-site and national, and manage team projects and initiatives as they arise.
• Represent Hazelden Betty Ford services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge of services, processes, and participation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Completed certificate or degree program in addiction counseling or equivalent.
• MN: LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor).
• Three or more years' experience in the substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment setting.
• One or more years of leadership experience and/or training and/or clinical supervision.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days (certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Addiction Studies or related field.
• LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or related field licensure.
• Three or more years providing clinical supervision.

Pay

Salary range: USD $92,623.00 - USD $124,886.00 per year.
