Position Overview

Responsible for the provision and management of safe, effective patient services in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Supervises professional staff. Works with other management and administrative staff to ensure appropriate agency services to patients.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $43.50 - $68.40 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required: BSN and two years of home care experience as a community health nurse or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the aforementioned.

  Minimum Required: License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
