Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers, focusing on performance and career development
  • Oversee resource allocation and planning based on current and upcoming projects
  • Collaborate with sales to gather requirements and ensure solution fit for clients
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of client solutions, ensuring quality and satisfaction
  • Evolve the Solutions Engineering service model for effective implementations and optimizations
  • Cook up with multiple teams to align priorities and execution strategies
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders during client engagements
  • Establish performance metrics and quality standards to enhance operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with the FreeWheel platform
  • Strong client-focused mindset and exceptional communication skills
  • Proven experience in team leadership or line management
  • Background in SaaS with a focus on service model evolution
  • Understanding of the Programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, APIs, and AWS or similar technologies
  • Technical expertise in SaaS implementation and optimization

Pay

$126,223 – $168,297 annually
