Manager, Client Management

Overview

Influential is seeking a Manager, Client Management with experience in driving campaign success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall success of campaigns across various industries including beauty, QSR, auto, CPG, finance, gaming, hospitality, etc.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to understand client objectives and provide guidance on best practices.
• Navigate challenges in the execution process and provide thoughtful solutions for roadblocks.
• Create new materials for the account management department and improve processes for campaign execution.
• Analyze ad performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Manage workflow and tasks in project management platform.
• Organize timelines, creative concepts, and paid media strategies for campaigns ranging from short to long durations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ad products and industry trends.
• Educate sales and clients on Influential's offerings and current trends.
• Manage monthly billing reconciliation process with finance.
• Mentor junior team members and share learnings across the Account Management discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in digital or advertising environments, 5-7+ years preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about major social platforms and current industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for social media.
• Experience in influencer marketing is a plus.
