Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, qualify potential customers and sell furniture and services.
  • Manage sales volume, margin percent and new business goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Focus on lead generation, research, cold calling, participating in dealership lead generation programs, qualifying leads, making persuasive presentations, developing quotes, setting up sales, ensuring close of sale, customer interfaces, reporting on sales forecasts, and managing contract furniture.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of dealership's product lines, including product features, application, technical capabilities, specification, and contract furniture management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close business and manage relationships.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to drive sales results and improve market share.
  • Quickly learn and embrace Company Values and demonstrate through daily behaviors/actions.
