Client Engagement Manager

About the role

The role is that of a Client Engagement Manager at Audley Travel, a company with over 30 years of experience in crafting tailored travel experiences. This position involves promoting and producing client engagement to increase repeat rates and build successful client relationships. Additionally, you will own the Company's gifting program and collaborate with the Marketing team to organize client loyalty events.

Responsibilities

• Annually create and execute a plan for client events across the US.
• Collaborate with Marketing in managing client data, guestlists, and branding for client events.
• Attend industry events, which may require working on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or Company holidays.
• Manage the productivity and efficiency of the team through consistent management of performance, regular feedback, and coaching.
• Create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and open communication within the team.
• Oversee Elite Client Account Management.
• Collaborate with the UK Client Engagement Manager to ensure consistency across markets in managing and overseeing various client-facing systems.
• Manage costs ensuring approved budgets are adhered to.
• Oversee event logistics and operations.
• Create and manage the gifting process from sourcing to client delivery across the US market.
• Own the relationship with all gift suppliers.
• Procure and negotiate existing and new contracts.

Requirements

You are an experienced Client Engagement Manager with previous events and gifting experience, focusing on promoting client relationships. Strong organization, time management, and planning skills are essential, along with a client-first focus.

Pay
