Manager, Claims

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $155,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead a team managing complex global cyber, technology and media claims
• Train team on analyzing claim exposures and addressing insurance coverage issues
• Assist in establishing reserves and maintaining claims file accuracy
• Identify settlement opportunities to enhance claims outcomes
• Collaborate on defense and resolution strategies for claims
• Develop relationships with brokers and legal/vendor partners
• Provide analytical support for underwriters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD and Adjuster Licensing are pluses
• 6+ years of experience in Cyber and Technology and Media claims
• 2+ years of previous people management experience
• Executive Risk claims experience is an asset
• Strong teamwork and deadline-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
