About the role

The Manager – CEO’s Office will work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives involving government engagement, investment ecosystem development, startup partnerships, research, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Policy & Government Engagement
• Support interactions with state and central government stakeholders
• Prepare policy notes, presentations, and strategic reports
• Track government schemes, startup policies, and economic trends
• Cook up conferences, roundtables, and institutional engagements
• Investment & Startup Ecosystem
• Build relationships with VCs, investors, family offices, and startup ecosystems
• Develop investment narratives around Bharat-focused opportunities
• Support investor outreach and startup partnership initiatives
• Research & Strategy
• Create whitepapers, research reports, and thought leadership content
• Analyze trends across rural consumption, entrepreneurship, and investments
• Sustain strategic communication and ecosystem-building initiatives
• CEO’s Office Coordination
• Prepare strategic briefs and leadership review documents
• Coordinate high-priority projects and stakeholder follow-ups
• Drive execution across cross-functional strategic initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• 3–8 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, founder’s office, policy research, investment banking, strategy, or ecosystem development
• Strong understanding of India’s startup and investment ecosystem
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Passion for entrepreneurship, rural development, and nation-building
