Manager, Center LTC

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates
• Make sales calls on existing and potential customers on a regular basis
• Implement safety programs, including maintaining records in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations that apply to OSHA, DOT, and FDA
• Enforce employee adherence to safety protocols, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment and the Vehicle Safety Disciplinary Policy
• Control inventory and purchasing of equipment and supplies through the central purchasing function
• Grow the customer base through excellence in customer service
• Ensure the profitability of the center and implement cost controls
• Maintain the accuracy of public information materials
• Manage a fleet of leased vehicles, including establishing a routine preventive maintenance program and performing record keeping and inspections
• Perform equipment setups in nursing facilities as needed
• Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis, including responding to call outs at night and weekends
