Manager Case Management
About the role
The Manager Care Management is responsible for day-to-day leadership activities managing a team of clinical professionals in the execution of exemplary cross continuum care coordination. This individual works with the director, market leaders, physicians, peers, community colleagues, and others to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, and to execute collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health System’s commitment to patient-centered care and community engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Three to five (3-5) years leadership experience and demonstrated skills in progressive management roles
- Three (3) years of healthcare leadership experience
- Five (5) years clinical experience
- Case Management experience desired

About Good Samaritan Hospital
Good Samaritan Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hub serving Puyallup and East Pierce County. It features a Family Birth Center, Level III Trauma and Neonatal ICUs, Level I Trauma Rehabilitation Center, Children’s Therapy Unit, and a 24-hour Emergency Department. The hospital is LEED Gold-certified and features the Pulse Heart Institute.

Pay and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $144,144.00 - $213,969.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
