About the role
Under the general direction of the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services, the Area Manager of Cardiopulmonary Services is responsible for overseeing all components of Cardiopulmonary Services. Responsible for the administration, management, planning, development, and evaluation of Respiratory Therapy, EKG, EEG, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all components of Cardiopulmonary Services.
- Administer, manage, plan, develop, and evaluate Respiratory Therapy, EKG, EEG, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Graduate of a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) OR the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
- California Respiratory Care Practitioner License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- 2 years of recent acute care experience.
- 2 years of experience as a hospital-based Respiratory Care Practitioner.
Qualifications
Required
- Coursework/Training: Graduate of a program accredited by CoARC or CAAHEP.
- California Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (upon hire).
- 2 years of recent acute care experience.
- 2 years of experience as a hospital-based Respiratory Care Practitioner.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisorial or managerial role.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $56.46 - $89.13 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This position is full time and will work 8-hour day shifts.
