Manager, Cardiology Fellowship

Position Overview

The Cardiology Fellowship Manager at Lankenau Medical Center works closely with Program Directors, faculty, and Institutional GME leadership to oversee all aspects of fellowship program administration.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding of fellows
• Evaluations and accreditation activities
• Development and implementation of educational programming
• Budgeting and reporting
• Learner support and professional development
• Leadership of Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Programs
• Supervision and professional development of the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Program Coordinator

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in Medical Education
• Previous management experience in Medical Education highly desirable
• Experience in Medical Staff and Residency affairs highly desirable
• Willingness to commit to lifelong learning
• Ability to make independent judgments as required and as within limits of responsibility

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Certification in Medical Staff Credential/Privileging may be required
