Manager, Campus Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic, year-round relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to support campus recruitment initiatives, brand engagement, and hiring goals.
- In partnership with Recruitment Marketing, develop and execute innovative campus engagement and employer branding strategies across in-person, virtual, and digital channels to strengthen candidate attraction and awareness.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end early careers recruitment strategies and execution across assigned business units/markets, serving as a talent acquisition SME and strategic advisor to stakeholders and leadership.
- Leverage data, analytics, and reporting insights to drive recruitment strategy, ensure data integrity and compliance, and measure the effectiveness and impact of talent acquisition initiatives.

- Educate and influence hiring leaders and stakeholders on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- May lead local, regional, and global projects where required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Campus Talent Acquisition, with at least three+ years managing and leading TA or HR teams.
- Experience in new world recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance process efficiencies.
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives, while also managing large teams.
- Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization.
- A passion to coach and develop colleagues.
