About the role

Someone who has a passion for early career professionals and can carry out multiple Campus Talent Acquisition Programs simultaneously. Someone who’s able to establish and nurture relationships, enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in early career recruiting channels, and help establish the Company as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of comprehensive early career recruitment strategies across the Division through identifying and prioritizing target university and college engagements, planning and executing campus recruitment events.
  • Serve as the central hub for all early career engagement activities, driving disciplined processes, ensuring consistency and maximum impact.
  • Manage the front-end of internship and rotational programs aimed at attracting and engaging early career talent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define opportunities, promote outreach, manage early career recruitment, and oversee program evaluation and improvement.
  • Design and implement innovative initiatives to engage early career candidates.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with early career candidates, campus career centers, faculty members, and student organizations through proactive outreach and engagement to enhance recruitment efforts and access top talent pools.
  • Serve as an external face of the company, amplifying visibility, shaping reputation, and directly influencing candidate experiences.
  • May travel up to 40% to campuses and company locations in the US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree).
  • 3-5 years of talent acquisition or related experience.
  • Campus or university recruiting, outreach, or relations experience strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Knowledge of/familiarity with applicable employment laws pertaining to employment, interviewing, and hiring (EEO, AA, ADA, etc.).
  • Experienced in internet-based searches to include job boards, internet data mining, and social media.
  • Technical competency with recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
