Manager Business Unit - ZYN

Philip Morris International · Greater Owensboro Area · 1 mo ago
Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. The job posting includes many sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description paragraphs. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove repeated paragraphs like "At PMI, we’ve chosen to do something incredible..." appears twice; we should keep only one instance? We need to preserve all substantive information, but we can deduplicate identical lines? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So duplicated lines should be removed. So we need to identify duplicated content and keep only one. Let's parse the posting: First paragraph: "Manager Business Unit - ZYN - Owensboro, KY Be a part of a revolutionary change! We care for equal chances and fair treatment. If you find anything that violates these principles in this job offer or the recruitment process, you may contact our Ethics and Compliance Team at PMIEthicsandCompliance@pmi.com. Read more about Ethics&Compliance at PMI – here 32178" We need to strip out duplicated lines: The paragraph "At PMI, we’ve chosen to do something incredible..." appears twice (first near start, second after "Portugal: Remote work". Also "With huge change comes huge opportunity..." appears twice. Also "So, wherever you join us..." appears twice. Also "At PMI we run the business..." is boilerplate/Ethics; we should remove that as legal/EEO boilerplate. Also "Read more about Ethics&Compliance at PMI – here" and the email etc. Also the Job ID "32178" at end should be removed. We need to keep substantive info: role description, responsibilities, etc. Also "What You'll Do" seems to be a different role (Veeva Vault solutions) which seems mismatched; maybe the posting incorrectly pasted another job description. But we must preserve all substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. However we need to decide if that "What You'll Do" section is part of this job posting. It appears after "Leadership & Talent Development" and before "Skills & Capabilities". It talks about Veeva Vault solutions, which seems unrelated to Manager Business Unit - ZYN. But it's in the posting; we must keep it. However it may be a mistake; but we must preserve all substantive information. So we include it as part of responsibilities or maybe as a separate section? The headings we can use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have: - Intro about purpose, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe just a paragraph before responsibilities. - Responsibilities: The bullet-like paragraphs under 'Day to Day' Safety & Sustainability, Quality Management, Production & Delivery, Productivity & Loss Elimination, Leadership & Talent Development. Also the "What You'll Do" section about Veeva Vault solutions (maybe also responsibilities). Could be considered responsibilities. - Requirements/Qualifications: The "Skills & Capabilities" section includes education, experience, etc. That could be Qualifications or Requirements. - Benefits: "Rewards & Benefits Private medical & dental care Life insurance Subsidized meals Employee pension plan". Also maybe relocation support not available (but that's not a benefit). Also Pay: "In this position you will earn no less that: Poland: 17000 PLN gross/monthly, Portugal: 4700 EUR gross/monthly". That's Pay. - Schedule: Not explicitly given. There's mention of "Poland: Hybrid, 8 days on-site/month Portugal: Remote work" under Leadership & Talent Development? Actually that line appears: "Develop an autonomous, high-performing team by strengthening ownership, capability, and leadership in line with the Open+/IOS Working Pattern: Poland: Hybrid, 8 days on-site/month Portugal: Remote work". That seems to describe work arrangement (schedule). Could be considered Schedule. Thus we can create sections:

About the role

... intro purpose etc.

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility.
We need to break responsibilities into list items. The posting has headings like ‘Day to Day’ Safety & Sustainability, Quality Management, Production & Delivery, Productivity & Loss Elimination, Leadership & Talent Development, and then "What You'll Do". We can treat each as a responsibility. We must not invent headings like "What You'll Do". We'll just include its content as list items under Responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? Probably we can keep sentences as is, but we can format as list items. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate the repeated intro paragraphs. Let's extract unique substantive content: Intro (unique): "Be a part of a revolutionary change! At Philip Morris International (PMI), we’ve chosen to do something incredible. We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke-free future. With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, if you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions. This role drives end-to-end KPI performance—from supplier to consumer—across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale (SQDCM) while fostering a preventive and predictive culture in alignment with Open+/IOS principles." That's the first part before the duplicated repeat. After that we have the responsibility sections. Now after that we have the responsibility headings and content. Let's extract them: ‘Day to Day’ Safety & Sustainability Ensure compliance with all PMI and legal standards related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability. Promote an interdependent, transparent safety culture using preventive/predictive approaches in accordance with Open+/IOS. Prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss through strong application of safety systems and behaviors.
