Manager, Business Systems Analysis

This position is required to work on site 3 days a week at our Overland Park, KS Office. It is not a remote opportunity.

About the role

This Manager, Business Systems Analyst is a people manager role responsible for the prioritization and progressive elaboration of stakeholder requirements to enable project teams to implement solutions that meet the needs of the sponsoring organization and stakeholders. This position creates and maintains staffing plans to support current and future work demands and project deliverables, provides day-to-day guidance to staff members, and acts as a liaison to senior management and business stakeholders. This role interfaces with T-Mobile Directors, Vice Presidents, and functional disciplines.

• Fosters business knowledge and understanding among business systems analysts and project stakeholders.
• Provides structure, feedback, and direction; creates clear and measurable goals; holds self and team accountable.
• Mentors and contributes to the organization’s body of knowledge on business systems analysis, requirements packages, and quality programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• Experience in system deployment, product development, and business systems analysis.
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 4-7 years of management, team lead, or other equivalent leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possible travel of 10-15%.

Pay

Compensation range: $114,400 - $154,700 base pay. Base pay range: $105,000 - $189,500. Corporate bonus target: 15%. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on work location, qualifications, and experience.
