Manager – Business Solutions Group

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing outsourced accounting and finance engagements for a portfolio of clients
• Serving as the primary point of contact for business owners and finance leaders
• Reviewing monthly and period-end financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, or cash basis accounting
• Overseeing month-end close processes and accounting operations
• Aiding clients with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and KPI reporting
• Developing dashboards and financial insights that support business decision-making
• Managing engagement budgets, timelines, and client communications
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing senior accountants, staff, and interns
• Supporting business development initiatives, networking, and client proposals

What We’re Looking For

• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Recent experience managing client relationships in public accounting or outsourced accounting services
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience overseeing month-end close and maintaining accounting records
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading high-performing teams

Bonus Points For

• CPA license
• Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Xero, Bill.com, Concur, or similar ERP/accounting platforms
• Industry specialization in areas such as professional services, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, or technology
• Spanish or additional language skills
