About the role

The Manager Business Development will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and executing initiatives that expand market share within the Food & Beverage water treatment sector.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven success in complex B2B environments, preferably within utilities, water treatment, food and beverage, or industrial markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating success in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts, develop new business opportunities, and grow market presence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Able to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across sales, marketing, technical, and operational teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and customer success.
  • Able to travel approximately 50-75% depending on geographic location.
