Manager, Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Design Manager to join our team. This role reports to the Head of Deal Design & Development within the North America Deal Team. You will be part of a creative team working with sales leaders to craft compelling "Why Visa" stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead Opportunity & Pitch Development
• Create high-impact pitch decks, pre-pitch materials, and RFP responses that clearly articulate product-led partnership value propositions.
• Translate complex ideas, products, and deal structures into clear, persuasive visual narratives.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to take existing product UI and translate it into client-branded UI mockups for use in presentations, pre-pitch narratives, and RFP responses.
• Partner closely with Sales to act as a thought partner, providing flexible support on Big Tech deals.
• Own design end-to-end, creating and maintaining presentation templates, visual systems, and reusable assets that balance speed with quality.
• Elevate craft and collaboration by creating elegant visuals, infographics, diagrams, and light animations to represent experiences, capabilities, data, and complex concepts.
• Operate with a builder's mindset, moving quickly while maintaining high standards, and continuously raising the bar on presentation quality, storytelling clarity, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• PREFERRED Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills (layout, hierarchy, storytelling, executive polish)
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma or equivalent a plus
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and narrative structure
• Ability to simplify complexity without losing strategic nuance
• Comfortable sharing perspectives openly, challenging ideas thoughtfully, and working across seniority levels and functional groups (internal and external)
• Trusted partner who can influence without authority and collaborate across teams
• Mindset & Ways of Working: Highly self-directed with strong ownership mentality, curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo, organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping quality, comfortable using AI and modern tools to improve speed, quality, and clarity

Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $134,600.00 to $ 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).

This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
