Responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities related to the onboarding of new practices, including site visits, training, and due diligence.
- Coordinate all items related to practice closures, consolidations, and relocations.
- Lead complex project initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to all project-related timelines and deadlines.
- Serve as a project manager and liaison for internal departments such as Affiliate Accounting, Coding and Compliance, Credentialing, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Legal, Operations, Quality, Population Health, and Real Estate.
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- With a Master's degree, no related experience required.
- With a Bachelor’s degree, requires five (5) years of related experience.
- With a high school diploma, requires ten (10) years of related experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams.
- Critical thinker.
- Comprehensive knowledge of physician practice operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Pay
$33.37 - $47.97 per hour (Hiring Range)
