Manager Business Analysis and Solutions

About the role

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for driving operational effectiveness, technology-enabled business solutions, and continuous improvement across our Group Benefits organization. This role combines people leadership, strategic planning, and business partnership to ensure processes, systems, vendors, and initiatives deliver meaningful value to the business and our customers. You will work closely with operational leaders, technology partners, and vendors to prioritize work, optimize resources, and deliver solutions that improve performance, scalability, and customer outcomes.
