What you will do...
- Identify and evaluate new gift concepts and categories, staying ahead of trends in product, design, and pop culture, and working with brand partners, to keep our offers feeling fresh and compelling.
- Work closely with our Operations team on project management for various sourcing tasks, including negotiating terms, maintaining quality standards, and building a reliable pipeline of merch.
- Owning project management across the program, keeping cross-functional workstreams on track, stakeholders aligned, and timelines on target.
- Determine order quantities based on historical opt-in rates, survey data, and more.
- Set and track performance goals for the free gift program, including conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Member Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to develop the campaigns, landing pages, and messaging that bring each gift offer to life.
- Partner with the broader growth team on channel strategy to determine how and where free gift offers are promoted across paid and owned media.
About you...
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, merchandising, project management, or growth.
- Experience with merchandise development, product sourcing, or retail is strongly preferred.
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator with the ability to align internal teams around a vision and build strong relationships externally.
- Creative eye for product and design with strong taste and instincts for what will resonate with our audience.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret performance data and act on it.
- Able to perform in a highly iterative and dynamic work environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A self-starter with a track record of taking ownership and driving projects from strategy to execution.
- A high standard for quality and attention to detail.
- A love of reading and contemporary fiction.
Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000
