About the role

The Manager in Brand Supply Management (BSM) is responsible for Finished Product Supply Planning for a category(s) under the Consumer Products Division (CPD). This role bridges the gap between Sales/Marketing and operations to ensure successful product launches, manage inventory, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales targets without creating excess inventory in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the entire product lifecycle
  • Oversee launch inventory positions for the US market and translate US market strategies into operational needs impacting global supply chain direction
  • Lead Operations (Deployment, Assembly, GBSC, IM) and Business Planning (Sales) during allocation periods on weekly availability, SKU/account priorities, and base vs assembly priorities
  • Establish correct inventory parameters and safety stock strategies at national and satellite DC levels. Monitor and communicate supply constraints at an aggregated level
  • Manage phase-out strategies with Global Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure no service disruptions and minimize supply chain costs
  • Be a key business partner in S&OP meetings leading service risk and opportunity discussions that empower Brand General Managers to sign off on monthly financials and inventory safety stock strategies
  • Lead monthly Supply KPI scorecards and hot topics with Demand Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Business Planning teams
  • Weekly/Monthly Demand Response Planning (DRP) cycles to connect latest supply signals from TikTok viral trends, Amazon, and various retailer strategies. Additionally, BSM manages import supply confirmations from other zones and weekly reservations from Global Supply Chain
  • Spearhead monthly E&O production avoidance reviews with the Finance Controller and Category Sales Team to align CSKU strategies
  • Scenario planning with Global Supply Chain during plant/line capacity changes and influence priorities between products/brands/divisions based on risk assessments
  • Implement continuous improvement tools and processes across the US planning organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain
  • Well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Able to synthesize information and create clear summaries of key issues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated professional judgment and sound decision-making skills

Benefits

Salary range: $98,400 - $140,200 (actual compensation depends on a variety of job-related factors including geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
