About the role
The Sourcing Manager for Media & CMI will take charge of a significant portfolio (~$1Bn spend), reporting to the Head of Media & CMI Sourcing in our Hudson Yards office. You'll partner closely with our CDMO, Media, CMI, and Finance teams to implement sourcing strategies that drive value and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sourcing strategies for the Media and CMI categories, preparing RFPs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing spend across all initiatives.
- Serve as a key contact for our Media and CMI teams, co-owning agency relationships and championing the integration of AI and tech solutions to optimize our return on investment.
- Lead contract negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and drive strategic projects from roadmap to implementation, ensuring we partner with best-in-class vendors.
Requirements
- A strong analytical mind and the ability to influence key decisions.
- Proven experience in a strategic sourcing or procurement role, with a strong understanding of category management.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills to build partnerships and lead discussions.
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities to manage complex initiatives.
- Expertise in Strategic Sourcing principles, from market analysis to contract execution.
- An innovative, out-of-the-box mindset and a collaborative, team-player spirit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, Media category expertise or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Pay
