We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who We Are", "What You'll Do", "You're Good At", "What You'll Bring", "Who You'll Work With", "Additional info". Also there is compensation info: base salary range, bonus, retirement contribution, benefits details.
We must use for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map sections accordingly.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe "Who We Are" is about the company, not role). Could use "About the role" for description of role? The posting has "What You'll Do" (responsibilities), "You're Good At" (skills/abilities), "What You'll Bring" (requirements/qualifications), "Who You'll Work With" (team/collaboration), "Additional info" (compensation, benefits). Also we have compensation details: base salary range, bonus, retirement contribution. Benefits details: health insurance, dental, vision, gym reimbursement, profit sharing, 401k, parental leave, PTO, sick time.
Thus we can have sections: Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Skills (You're Good At), Requirements (What You'll Bring), Benefits (benefits details), Pay (compensation details). Possibly also "About the team" (Who You'll Work With) but not required heading list includes "About the role" etc. We could add a section "Team" but not in list; but we can still use
items each covering a distinct duty.
Let's list duties:
- Serve as senior content expert in AI-enabled Consumer Products Operations (CPG Ops), combining deep end-to-end supply chain expertise with practical AI transformation experience.
- Help BCG teams and clients identify, shape, and deliver AI-enabled transformation across the CPG value chain.
- Bring strong CPG Ops expertise alongside practical understanding of AI, advanced analytics, GenAI, and emerging agentic approaches, translating operational challenges into high-value solutions that can be implemented and scaled.
- Partner with case and proposal teams across the AI transformation journey: diagnosing operational value pools and prioritizing use cases; business case and solution design; data and technology requirements; implementation roadmaps; process redesign; adoption; scaling; value realization.
- Serve as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, linking AI directly to measurable operational outcomes.
- Lead development of CPG Ops AI intellectual property and knowledge assets, including diagnostics, benchmarks, use-case libraries, tools, and reusable client materials.
- Contribute to commercialization through proposals, client workshops, and go-to-market efforts.
- May coach and line-manage junior colleagues, supporting their development and delivery.
- (Note: The statements about looking for a CPG Ops leader etc. are more about candidate expectations; maybe they belong to Requirements. But they appear in What You'll Do section; we could keep them there but they are about candidate. Might be better to move to Requirements. However we must preserve all info; we can keep them in Responsibilities but they'd be misplaced. Safer to keep them in Responsibilities as they appear there. But they are about candidate qualifications; but we can still include.
- The candidate should combine deep supply chain expertise with a strong track record of shaping and implementing AI-enabled Operations solutions.
- Relevant CPG Ops depth may include supply chain strategy and operating model, planning, inventory optimization, network and logistics, manufacturing, cost and productivity, and end-to-end transformation.
- AI experience should extend beyond strategy or experimentation to delivery in real operational environments - for example advanced analytics and predictive AI, GenAI, copilots or agentic workflows.
- Experience conducting CPG supply chain benchmarks - including KPI definition, peer selection, data normalization, performance gap assessment and translation into improvement levers - is an added advantage.
We'll include those as li.
Now Skills: "You're Good At" bullet list:
- Identifying and solving complex CPG Ops challenges, with a strong ability to determine where AI can unlock material operational and business value
- Shaping AI-enabled Operations transformation agendas - identifying value pools, prioritizing use cases and connecting them to supply chain and broader CPG business priorities
- Translating AI opportunities into robust business cases, solution requirements, data and technology implications, implementation roadmaps, process redesign, adoption plans and measurable value-realization approaches
- Acting as a credible thought partner to senior case-team and client stakeholders, bridging CPG Ops expertise with AI, data and technology considerations and working effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Building and codifying CPG Ops AI knowledge and assets, including diagnostic frameworks, benchmarks, use-case libraries, playbooks, tools and reusable client materials
- Managing a portfolio of case support and business-building activities, shaping proposals and client workshops and identifying opportunities to scale AI-enabled CPG Ops support across Consumer and Operations
- Training, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, including structuring work, providing feedback and building capability across CPG Ops and AI-enabled transformation topics
- Working effectively in a global matrix organization, navigating ambiguity and fast-moving technology developments while maintaining a strong focus on practical client impact
Now Requirements: "What You'll Bring":
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Consumer Products Operations, supply chain or operations transformation, with a strong focus on digital/AI-enabled transformation; strong consulting experience is preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred, ideally in a CPG Ops, supply chain or digital transformation role
- Deep hands-on expertise in CPG Ops and end-to-end supply chain is required, with experience in areas such as planning, inventory, network/logistics, manufacturing, cost/productivity, operating model or broader supply chain transformation
- Strong track record of shaping and implementing AI-enabled Operations initiatives - from value-pool identification and use-case prioritization through solution design, pilot/deployment, process integration, adoption, scaling and value tracking
- Working knowledge of AI and advanced analytics applied to Operations, including exposure to predictive AI, GenAI and/or agentic approaches, and the ability to translate business needs into data and technology requirements and collaborate effectively with data science, engineering and technology teams
- Strong understanding of CPG supply chain performance drivers and KPIs; hands-on experience conducting supply chain benchmarks, including peer selection, metric normalization, gap-to-value analysis and identification of improvement levers, is an added advantage
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred), with excellent hypothesis-driven problem-solving and quantitative skills, fluency in English and outstanding written and verbal communication skills for influencing internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative environment
Now Benefits: from "All Of Our Plans Provide Best In Class Coverage" list:
- Zero dollar ($0) health insurance premiums for BCG employees, spouses, and children
- Low $10 (USD) copays for trips to the doctor, urgent care visits and prescriptions for generic drugs
- Dental coverage, including up to $5,000 in orthodontia benefits
- Vision insurance with coverage for both glasses and contact lenses annually
- Reimbursement for gym memberships and other fitness activities
- Fully vested Profit Sharing Retirement Fund contributions made annually, whether you contribute or not, plus the option for employees to make personal contributions to a 401
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map sections accordingly.

Possibly also "About the team" (Who You'll Work With) but not required heading list includes "About the role" etc. We could add a section "Team" but not in list; but we can still use for any heading? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we can use other headings? Probably safer to stick to those listed headings. So we need to map content to those headings.
We have:
- Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" content.
- Skills: "You're Good At" content.
- Requirements: "What You'll Bring" content (includes experience, education, etc.)
- Benefits: benefits details.
- Pay: compensation details (base salary range, bonus, retirement contribution).
We could also include "About the role" maybe as a brief summary? But we already have responsibilities; we could skip About the role if not needed. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can include Responsibilities, Skills, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Ensure we don't include filler.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to copy the text exactly? We can keep the substance but we can rephrase? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the details, but we can format as lists. We should not omit any details. However we can condense into bullet points but must keep all info. That's okay.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we must remove the EEO statement at end, the "BCG is an E - Verify Employer" etc. Also remove "Locations: Chicago | Boston | Washington" maybe? That's location info; could be considered metadata but not a heading; we could fold into a short p or drop it. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

Locations: Chicago | Boston | Washington
