Manager, Audit & Assurance Growth

About the role

Deloitte's Audit & Assurance (A&A) Growth Team is seeking a Business Development Manager with a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with local leaders to analyze the market and build a portfolio of strategic targets.
• Support individual professionals and account teams with company and competitor research, relationship mapping, and developing action plans.
• Drive a growth culture mentality within the A&A practice by meeting with and presenting to partners and staff, and training them on tools.
• For priority accounts, meet with account teams to vet, support, and revise strategic plans, and track action items.
• Be a trusted advisor to growth leaders and serve as a champion of Deloitte's Green Dot mindset.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategy in support of the market's A&A growth program.
• Lead and contribute to special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, English, journalism, communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of related experience, including marketing, pursuit management, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent relationship development and persuasive skills at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project- and people-management skills.
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on the work done and clients served.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Big Four, audit, or professional services marketing, business development, or pursuit experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
