Manager, Assistant Property

Essential Job Duties

• May coordinate maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the assigned property
• Responsible for prompt and positive response to requests from property tenants
• To implement ongoing contact programs, assess tenant needs, and solve problems promptly, benefiting both the tenant and the property
• Select contract services, negotiate vendor agreements, and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service agreements
• Participate in the development and administration of the strategic property plan and budget
• Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to assess property management objectives
• Administer tenant leases to ensure full compliance with lease provisions
• Timely determine escalations, collect rents, and participate in leasing available space
• Handle tenant requests and dispatch work orders
• Perform other duties as assigned

Other Job Functions

• Participate in various meetings and training activities as designated by the Property Manager and/or higher level management
