Provides leadership for the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of assessments to ensure validity, reliability, fairness, and alignment with institutional goals. This role leads a team of assessment strategists and psychometricians, driving the development and implementation of innovative assessment strategies that support student success and academic program integrity. This position partners with academic and institutional leaders to establish key performance metrics, ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, and provide actionable insights from assessment and psychometric data. The role requires balancing strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver high-quality, scalable, and data-driven assessment solutions.
