Manager, Analytics (Influencer + Paid Creator Analytics)

About the role
We’re looking for a Manager/Influencer Reporting Lead who loves digging into social data and turning it into clear, actionable stories for our Communications teams. In this role, you’ll help shape GM’s social strategy across brands by analyzing performance, identifying trends, and recommending next steps for earned content creators and organic social. You’ll collaborate with partners covering traditional media and owned social to build a connected view of GM’s presence across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to expert on social trends and content creator/influencer performance.
- Recommend earned social engagement tactics, content approaches, and creator/influencer outreach based on data insights.
- Build monthly creator benchmarking reports across platforms and activations that are easy to scan and act on.
- Research and recommend content creator partners based on audience demographics, event type, platform, and performance; partner with the Creator Engagements team on outreach recommendations.
- Build ongoing creator and community maps: identify who shapes narratives in our space, what they care about, and how they move audiences.
- Present social insights in a clear, engaging way to internal stakeholders and leadership to inform strategy and decision making.
- Keep our social reporting tools and methods sharp and up to date by tracking new capabilities and best practices in the market.
- Collaborate with social analysts and partners across General Motors to connect insights and avoid working in silos.
- Support the Trend IQ Center by surfacing emerging social and cultural trends relevant to GM and our brands, spotting early signals in social and creator ecosystems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, social listening, or campaign measurement.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and synthesizing data from first-party and third-party sources (e.g., social listening, web analytics, syndicated research).
- Experience analyzing paid, earned, owned, and influencer media strategies.
- Experience engaging and collaborating with large, complex clients; federal government experience is a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $84,000 - $95,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors including actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the company, as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The objective is to increase this requirement over time, with many agencies already requiring five days of in-office attendance.
